摘要: Background The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy and toxicity docetaxel, cisplatin/5-fluorouracil (TPF) induction chemotherapy concomitant immunochemoradiotherapy with cetuximab cisplatin in unresectable head neck carcinoma. Methods Treatment consisted TPF (docetaxel 75 mg/m2 day 2; cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil 750 days 1–4; 4 cycles), followed by radiotherapy (RT) weekly cetuximab, (250 mg/m2, after a loading dose 400 mg/m2) (30 mg/m2). Results Twenty-five 30 patients completed cycles chemotherapy. Six or more infusions were administered 13 25 18 patients, respectively. The 2-year locoregional control, disease-free survival (DFS), overall (OS) 47%, 50%, Patients grade ≥2 skin reaction had superior outcome. Conclusion The tested regimen effective; however, low-dose increased treatment toxicity. A rash correlated improved efficacy. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Head Neck 36: 1555–1561, 2014
