摘要: Abl and Arg nonreceptor tyrosine kinases are widely expressed in mammals, where they contribute to the development of diverse organ tissue systems. Deletion abl or arg mice reveals roles for B T lymphocyte development, neurulation, neuronal dendrite maintenance, synaptic plasticity, osteoblast development. Double knockout -/- die as embryos, indicating that also perform essential overlapping functions during embryonic contain domains protein-protein interactions (SH3, SH2, proline-rich sequences, PY sequences), cytoskeleton binding (filamentous actin microtubule domains), nuclear translocation (nuclear localization export DNA binding. Although a full understanding their molecular is still forthcoming, it clear provide many cell types with all-in-one multifunctional signaling tools serve links between surface downstream pathways both nucleus.
