摘要: A feasibility study was conducted to evaluate two biphasic computed tomographic (CT) enterography protocols, a noninvasive CT technique with water administered perorally and enteroclysis methylcellulose through nasojejunal tube, in 23 patients known or suspected have Crohn disease. Results were compared the results of fluoroscopic small bowel examination terminal ileoscopy for detection active disease ileum. Luminal distention did not differ significantly between protocols. Arterial phase imaging noncontributory 22 cases. The peroral protocol had similar accuracy (12 15 cases, 80%) enabling comparison tube (seven eight, 88%) (17 23, 74%). No fistulas missed use either technique. authors conclude that portal venous is an accurate feasible detecting inflammation
