摘要: Abstract Ferroelectric Bi 3.25 La 0.75 Ti 3 O 12 (BLT) nanotubes were synthesized by sol–gel technique using nanochannel porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates, and characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission (TEM) high resolution (HRTEM). BLT with diameter of around 240 nm the wall thickness about 25 nm exhibited a single orthorhombic perovskite structure highly preferential crystal growth along [1 1 7] orientation, which have smooth morphologies well-defined diameters corresponding to applied template. The formation mechanism was discussed.
