摘要: Abstract Many glare analysis methods have been developed and utilized for predicting quantifying discomfort issues inside a building. However, the existing not able to accurately evaluate when extremely bright sources are involved. As luminance values of get high, impact absolute value begins dominate contrast ratio. This type should be classified as factor which is different from relative in terms analysis. There many thresholds ratios that address these two factors, but they consistent. Due inconsistency inaccuracy issues, barely design practice. Therefore, it necessary develop more accurate methodology separates component component. approach can increase accuracy evaluation simplify procedures. paper makes clear definitions factors also suggests three ranges factor, no-glare based on results this preliminary study.
