摘要: Abstract Assessment of the presence immunoglobulin (Ig) restricted heterogeneity i.c. oligoclonal Ig in cerebrospinal fluid subjected to isoelectric focusing (IEF) may be difficult because tendency technique subdivide even normal polyclonal IgG into bands and zones. Focused stained by immunoperoxidase for kappa lambda light chains shows correspondence between two patterns case Ig, but a marked discrepancy disorders associated with immunofixation makes assessment agarose IEF separations more reliable.
