摘要: Photoluminescence (PL) and time-resolved PL spectra of zinc oxide (ZnO) films were investigated as a function the grain size microcrystals. Correlation was found between optical properties—in bound exciton states, both intensity decay time increased with increasing size. This correlation can be well explained by existence nonradiative-surface and/or -interface states in boundaries ZnO
