摘要: Abstract Antibodies raised in mice against β-adrenergic receptors purified from turkey erythrocyte membranes, specifically bind to cells which possess a receptor and immunoprecipitate radiolabelled receptor. These antibodies stimulate the adenylate cyclase activity of erythrocytes, although they do not compete with catecholamine hormones for binding Thus receptor-antibody interaction, occuring at another site than receptor-hormone may still trigger enzymatic activity.
