摘要: The potential therapeutic uses of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment cancer have attracted considerable interest. Attention has been focused upon two approaches: 1) Serotherapy, which relies host immunological effector mechanisms to eliminate antibody-coated tumor cells, and 2) antibody-toxin conjugates selectively target covalently bound drugs or toxins malignant tissue. We explored a third general approach therapy, utilizes that act as pharmacological agents directly block biological functions essential for cell proliferation. Cell proliferation differentiation can be regulated by extracellular signals such hormones growth factors. biochemical hormonal influence complex responses are being actively investigated number laboratories.
