摘要: The latency of the first major positive component (P1) pattern reversal visually evoked potential (VEP) and constrast sensitivity, using Arden grating plates, were measured in 3 groups age matched subjects. One group consisted 14 normal subjects (mean 66 yrs.) with no ocular disease; a second contained 21 patients 58 hypertension; thrid 20 glaucoma. Analysis scores revealed significant differences between groups. These findings indicate that gratings have limited usefulness detection glaucoma, at least older patient populations.
