摘要: It is well recognized that the presence of cervical lymph node metastasis most important prognostic factor in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). In solid epithelial cancer, first step during process invasion cancer cells into underlying stroma, breaching basement membrane (BM)—the natural barrier between epithelium and extracellular matrix (ECM). The ability to invade metastasize a key hallmark progression, complicated least understood. These topics continue be very active fields research. A number processes, factors, signaling pathways are involved regulating metastasis. However, appropriate clinical trials for anti-cancer drugs targeting OSCC incomplete. this review, we summarize recent progress on invasion-related factors emerging molecular determinants which can used as potential diagnostic therapeutic targets OSCC.
