摘要: Abstract The trend to move towards continuous production processes in pharmaceutical applications enhances the necessity develop mechanistic models understand and control these processes. This work focuses on drying behaviour of a single wet granule before tabletting, using six-segmented fluidised bed system, which is part fully from-powder-to-tablet manufacturing line. model based described by Mezhericher et al. [1] consists two submodels. In first phase (submodel 1), surface water evaporates, while second 2), inside evaporates. submodel contains an empirical power coefficient, β . A sensitivity analysis was performed study influence parameters moisture content granules, clearly points importance behaviour. Experimental data with dryer were collected calibrate An exponential dependence air temperature found. Independent experiments done for validation model.
