摘要: Feline mammary carcinoma (FMC) is the third most common type of neoplasia in cats, sharing similar epidemiological features with human breast cancer. In humans, histone deacetylases (HDACs) play an important role regulation gene expression, HDAC inhibitors (HDACis) disrupting expression and leading to cell death. parallel, microtubules (MTIs) interfere polymerization microtubules, cycle arrest apoptosis. Although HDACis MTIs are used cancer patients, data scarce. this study, we evaluated antitumor properties six (CI-994, panobinostat, SAHA, SBHA, scriptaid, trichostatin A) four (colchicine, nocodazole, paclitaxel, vinblastine) using three FMC lines (CAT-MT, FMCp, FMCm), compared line (SK-BR-3). exhibited dose-dependent effects lines, for all inhibitors, IC50 values were determined, one feline showing reduced susceptibility (FMCm). Immunoblot analysis confirmed increase acetylation status core protein HDAC3 flow cytometry showed that lead cellular Overall, our study uncovers as promising anti-cancer agents treat FMCs.
