摘要: Latency of the pattern visual-evoked potential (PVEP) was measured in 24 ocular hypertensive (OHT) patients, eight open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and 37 control subjects. The PVEP stimulus a 2.3 cycle/degree sinusoidal grating, counterphase-modulated at 1 Hz. Field size 9 degrees mean luminance 1.7 log ft-lamberts. For 22 32 psycholphysical measure dynamic contrast sensitivity 8 Hz (DRC) obtained with 4 diameter stimulus, by determining value for sensitivities to homogeneous flickering field 1.2 counterphase-flickering grating. Patient DRC values were compared previously published data from 21 Mean latencies both OHT OAG patients greater than normal (P less 0.001), larger 0.001). DRCs lower 0.002) patient groups, 0.025). correlated latency these (r = -0.66, P
