Growth behaviour of potassium sodium niobate single crystals grown by solid-state crystal growth using K4CuNb8O23 as a sintering aid

摘要: Abstract The effect of addition 0, 0.5 and 2 mol% K 4 CuNb 8 O 23 liquid phase sintering aid on the growth single crystals (K Na )NbO 3 by solid-state crystal (SSCG) was studied. Single in samples with 0 0.5 mol% initially rapid then tailed off annealing time, due to matrix grain which reduced driving force for growth. Addition caused a reduction both rates. stagnate, resulting an almost constant during annealing. grown using were stoichiometric, but Na-rich. This lowering solidus temperature .
