摘要: The knowledge about the direct effects of heavy metals on fish leucocytes is still limited. We investigate in vitro (Cd, Hg, Pb or As) oxidative stress, viability and innate immune parameters head-kidney (HKLs) from European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax). Production free oxygen radicals was induced by Cd, Hg As, mainly after 30 min exposure. Cd promoted both apoptosis necrosis cell death while As did only apoptosis, all cases a concentration-dependent manner. Moreover, expression genes related to stress significantly but down-regulated As. In addition, metallothionein A gene up-regulated exposure though this transcript, as well heat shock protein 70, Hg. methylmercury (MeHg) reduced phagocytic ability, whereas increased it. Interestingly, decreased capacity (the number ingested particles per cell). Leucocyte respiratory burst changed depending metal exposure, usually time- dose-manner. immune-related slightly affected MeHg, being form producing greatest alterations, which included down-regulation immunoglobulin M hepcidin, up-regulation interleukin-1 beta mRNA levels. This study provides an approach for elucidating toxicity, particularly immunotoxicity, leucocytes.
