摘要: ■ This study is an evaluation of the integration-responsiveness framework at subsidiary level using data from a sample 171 manufacturing subsidiaries foreign MNCs in UK. In particular, it seeks to review three-way taxonomy evolved by Jarillo and Martinez (1990) Spain. Key Results A four-group emerges analysis, including low integration/low responsiveness classification, not described Martinez. number structural operational variables are analysed across four groups affiliates, suggesting that proposed well defined internally consistent.
