摘要: Abstract A modified centrifugal elutriation technique is described for the isolation of large numbers lymphocytes and monocytes. Elutriation was carried out by lowering rotor speed at a constant flow rate which generated hydrostatic pressure. The could be kept if separation procedure performed high pressure systemic resistance. Up to 2.3 × 10 9 mononuclear cells derived from 2000 ml blood were separated in one single experiment approximately 1 h. monocytes isolated purities 98 ± 1% 94 respectively. purity increased 99.8 0.1% second run. Additional advantages procedures are that choice medium free, relatively may with recoveries.
