摘要: Covariance nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is introduced, which a new scheme for establishing spin correlations from NMR experiments. In this method correlated dynamics directly displayed in terms of covariance matrix series one-dimensional (1D) spectra. contrast to two-dimensional (2D) Fourier transform NMR, spectrum the spectral resolution along indirect dimension determined by favorable obtainable detection dimension, thereby reducing time-consuming sampling requirement dimension. The neither involves second transformation nor does it require separate phase correction or apodization demonstrated cross-relaxation (NOESY) and J-coupling based magnetization transfer (TOCSY)
