摘要: The empirical research of e-government at the local level has been subject many studies in last two decades. evidence collected by those constitutes a relevant opportunity toward development theory implementation. However, several synthesis efforts are needed before such can be developed. purpose this article is to contribute that endeavor proposing an model determinants implementation governments.,The results from systematic revision 59 primary published scientific journals, between 2002 and 2018. As starting point, conceptual map relating concepts as readiness, diffusion, adoption, institutionalization presented.,There common set explains general, three other sets differentiate each one dimensions: e-participation, e-transparency e-services.,Because it was found different associated with dimensions, future should dimensions when studying government.,This first study attempt effort on governments.
