摘要: Background: Fluid management is important in critically patients. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between fluid balance and adverse outcomes septic shock. Methods: A retrospective conducted medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) a tertiary university hospital Thailand, over 7-year period. Results: total 1048 patients with an ICU mortality rate 47% were enrolled. median cumulative intake at 24, 48, 72 h from shock onset 4.2, 7.7, 10.5 L, respectively. Nonsurvivors had significantly higher (4.6 vs. 3.9 8.2 7.1 11.4 9.9 respectively, P Conclusions: Positive 3 days associated increased along prolonged stays
