摘要: Background. Non-adherence to specific allergen immunotherapy is a major hurdle faced by the allergist, contributing poor clinical outcomes. Objectives. To assess independent association of various factors with non-adherence immunotherapy. Methods. Fifty consecutive (non-adherent) and control (adherent) subjects receiving were included in study related including socio-demographic, variables compared between two groups univariate multivariate analysis. Results. On analysis, gender, allergic conjunctivitis, family history, progression disease, perception immunotherapy, medicine requirement, pattern missed doses greater than last 10, 20 30 found be significantly associated non-adherence. was observed 10 requirement. Conclusions. The may vary different settings countries. There need for developing individual case holding programmes improve outcomes patients
