摘要: DNA methylation is a key epigenetic modification in mammals and plays important roles muscle development. We sampled longissimus dorsi (LDM) from well-known elite native breed of Chinese Qinchuan cattle living within the same environment but displaying distinct skeletal at fetal adult stages. generated provided genome-wide landscape methylomes their relationship with mRNA miRNA for studies. Integration analysis revealed total 77 1,054 negatively correlated genes promoter gene body regions, respectively, both bovine libraries. Furthermore, we identified expression patterns high-read that exhibit negative correlation between nine different tissues multiple developmental stages muscle-related tissue or organs. In addition, validated MeDIP-Seq results by bisulfite sequencing PCR (BSP) some differentially methylated promoters. Together, these provide valuable data future biomedical research genomic epigenomic studies may help uncover molecular basis underlying economically traits cattle. This comprehensive map also provides solid exploring mechanisms growth
