摘要: Many studies have proved that DNA methylation can regulate gene expression and further affect skeletal muscle growth development of pig, whereas the mechanisms how or alteration ultimately lead to phenotypical differences between cloned natural mating pigs remain elusive. This study aimed investigate genome-wide abnormally normally piglets identify molecular markers related in pig. The two groups were analysed through methylated immunoprecipitation binding high-throughput sequencing RNA respectively. We detected 1493 differentially expressed genes groups, which 382 also methylated. results integrative analysis revealed levels showed a significantly negative monotonic correlation with around transcription start site genes. By contrast, no notable was observed other regions. Furthermore, we identified some interesting signalling pathways (e.g. myosin, heavy chain 7 mammalian target rapamycin) possibly play essential roles development. this provide insights into relationship newborn animals somatic cell nuclear transfer.
