摘要: Lactoferrin (Lf) has been reported for its multifunctional properties such as antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant and anticancer activities. This protein is an 80 kDa iron-binding of the transferrin family. It can be isolated from milk identified various mammalian secretions. The aims this study focused on isolation purification Lf etawa goat colostrum using several methods chromatography observing activities antiviral human papillomavirus (HPV). Purification was performed by gel filtration Sephadex G-75 G-100, cation exchange with carboxymethyl C-50, two-steps resin C-50 G-75. All columns were prepared manual packaging. native characterized SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Our result showed that best purified lactoferrin (gLf) yield 364 μg/mL molecular weight 82 kDa. pure gLf anti-HPV effect at concentration 100 after 72 hours incubation increased in cycle threshold (Ct) value, 26 Ct to 36 Ct.
