摘要: The aim of this study was the determination lactoferrin in goat milk using HPLC method. Milk samples were collected at a farm South Moravia Region, Czech Republic. It established bulk tank raw ( n = 24) and pasteurised 27) that during lactation. Lactoferrin contents analysed by reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) with diode-array detector PDA 2996. Detection carried out wavelength 205 nm. average concentration 120 ± 18 µ g/ml. content increasing within lactation period ranges 98 170 µg/ml April to 149 19 g/ml November. heat treatment (pasteurisation 72°C for 20 s) resulted no significant effect on . No statistically differences P 0.05) found between values
