摘要: Stationary photoconduction in either a phenyl-substituted poly-phenylenevinylene copolymer (PhPPV) or an alkylated hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene (HBC) doped by perylenediimide (PdI) at broad range of dopant concentrations has been measured and compared to previous results on PhPPV trinitrofluorenone (TNF). At moderate concentration, the yield photogeneration is virtually invariant regardless system blend ratio because practically every primary excitation dissociates donor–acceptor site subsequent escape from coulombic potential system-independent. >10% that process increases two three orders magnitude.
