摘要: Abstract High levels of penetrating cryoprotectants (CPAs) can eliminate ice formation during cryopreservation cells, tissues, and organs to cryogenic temperatures. But CPAs become increasingly toxic as concentration increases. Many strategies have been attempted overcome the problem eliminating while minimizing toxicity, such attempting optimize cooling warming rates, or time adding individual cooling. Because currently used are not adequate, CPA toxicity remains greatest obstacle cryopreservation. stands in way human organs, a procedure that has potential save many lives. This review attempts describe what is known about theories reduce toxicity. Critical analysis suggestions also included.
