p53RDL1 regulates p53-dependent apoptosis

摘要: Although a number of targets for p53 have been reported, the mechanism p53-dependent apoptosis still remains to be elucidated. Here we report new target-gene, designated p53RDL1 (p53-regulated receptor death and life; also termed UNC5B). The gene product contains cytoplasmic carboxy-terminal domain that is highly homologous rat Unc5H2, dependence involved in regulation apoptosis, as well axon guidance migration neural cells1. We found mediated apoptosis. Conversely, when interacted with its ligand, Netrin-1, was blocked. Therefore, seems previously un-recognized target may define pathway suggest might regulate survival damaged cells by balancing Netrin–p53RDL1 signalling, cell through cleavage
