Deposition of improved optically selective conductive tin oxide films by spray pyrolysis

摘要: Antimony-doped SnO2 films with a resistivity as low 9×10−4 Ωcm were prepared by spray pyrolysis. Structural, electrical and optical properties studied varying the antimony concentration, film thickness deposition temperature. About 94% average transmission in visible region about 87% infrared reflectance obtained for antimony-doped systematic optimization of preparation parameters. As best combination, an 88% 76% was possible doped films.
