摘要: AbstractPreviously, testosterone cream has been used for penile enlargement before genital surgery. The results not only were inconsistent but the absorption was variable. Therefore, we elected to study use of parenteral as an adjunct reconstructive surgery.In 44 patients with hypospadias (36), epispadias (5) or urethral fistulas (3) 2mg. per kg. enanthate given intramuscularly 5 and 2 weeks Testosterone caused a mean increase in length 2.7cm. circumference 2.3cm. well local vascularity all patients. In addition surgical potential side effects treatment monitored 3 months 1 year postoperatively. Basal levels obtained during therapy, addition, effects, such increased bone age excessive pubic hair, problem.The preoperative significantly contributed success...
