摘要: Nanozyme is a promising field that offers the substitution for natural enzymes using various nanomaterials. Various nanomaterials with peroxidase-like activity were investigated. Among them, transition metal chalcogenides explored as nanozymes due to their excellent enzyme-mimicking activities. However, ruthenium selenide has not been studied peroxidase mimic because of difficulty synthesis. Herein, we prepared nanomaterial ordered mesoporous structure (P-RuSe2) employing KIT-6 silica template. The composition and P-RuSe2 fully characterized. Further, its was possessed peroxidase-mimicking activity, which catalyzed oxidation substrates, including 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine, o-phenylenediamine, 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) in presence H2O2. Moreover, exhibited higher when compared several representative well bulk RuSe2. To demonstrate potential applications, colorimetric detection systems H2O2 glucose successfully constructed based on nanozyme.
