摘要: This paper provides analytical chemical information on selected new molecular entities (NMEs) which are drugs that have recently been approved by the FDA. These antiretroviral drugs, atazanavir, indinavir and emtricitabine, antibacterial gemifloxacin, rosuvastatine is a cholesterol-lowering drug, anti-cancer drug gefitinib aprepitant for neurological disorders. Electrospray ionisation-quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometry (ESI-MS(n)) was employed to generate tandem spectrometric (MS(2)) data of studied structural assignments product ions were supported quadrupole time-of-flight (QToF-MS/MS). fragmentation studies then utilised in development validation specific sensitive liquid chromatographic method (LC-ESI-MS(2)) identify determine these at therapeutic concentration levels serum after single protein precipitation procedure with acetonitrile. In addition, this compared application gas chromatography-flame ionisation detection (GLC-FID) differential pulse polarography (DPP) analysis NMEs serum.
