摘要: Abstract Hemolytic anemia and bleeding diathesis may occur in starved dogs infused with solutions of amino acids hypertonic glucose ("hyperalimentation"). Dogs, as well patients, develop profound hypophosphatemia within 24 hours infusion. Paralleling the decrease serum P, red cell platelet ATP levels fall. Red cells become spheroidal, dehydrated, poorly filterable, entrapped by spleen; concomitantly, their survival is shortened. These abnormalities are prevented or reversed if cellular maintained supplementation animals phosphate vivo brief incubation depleted adenosine vitro. Associated depletion platelets, clot retraction becomes faulty; thrombocytopenia also occurs, which results from a 5- to 10-fold survival. Maintenance P infusion prevents these hemorrhagic diathesis. We conclude that hyperalimented critically affects function through ATP. By extrapolation humans, we suggest should be monitored carefully individuals so preclude complications.
