摘要: Although intravenous infusions were first performed in 1832, for the management of patients with cholera, over one hundred years to pass before any form complete nutrition could be provided by this route. Not until late 1930’s protein hydrolysates being prepared, and 1940’s fat emulsions made. In intervening 30 or so practice parenteral has expanded widely. recent its use become widespread includes a great variety illnesses (13). There are increasing numbers solutions available nutrition, their recommended ways. Thus it common practice, catabolic particularly, administer throughout day large amounts nitrogen amino acids, even larger calories glucose, other carbohydrates (24).
