摘要: Serum immunoreactive parathyroid hormone (IPTH) was low to nondetectable in spite of hypocalcemia a patient with chronic magnesium deficiency. The administration led parallel increases serum IPTH, calcium, and renal phosphate clearance. These findings support the view that depletion may result impaired synthesis or release man, both.
