摘要: The use of electrical conductivity measurements in catalysis was developed the 1950s when Electronic Theory Catalysis appeared. As catalytic process is a succession chemical reactions with rupture bonds and creation new ones, it natural to look at electronic properties different partners — reactants catalyst. It expected that by controlling solid, its reactivity respect given reaction could be controlled. However, as processes are very fast phenomena, they do not constitute rate-limiting step reaction. Thus theory found apply numerous examples. By contrast, electical appeared fruitful technique characterize many systems, exemplified this chapter.
