摘要: A drug complex useful as a DDS compound, which is represented by the following formula: A-R—NH—Y—CH 2 —O—CO-Q, wherein polymer carrier; R spacer, spacer an amino acid or oligopeptide comprising to 8 acids; Y phenylene group may be substituted; and Q residue of compound such antineoplastic agents. The provides rapid site-selective release anti-inflammatory agents surely exhibits expected efficacy.
