摘要: A scenario for systems with slow dynamics is characterized by stating that there are several temperatures coexisting the sample, a single temperature shared all observables at each (widely separate) timescale. In preparation study of granular rheology, we show within this framework glassy driving and friction generic do not correspond to thermal bath - whose microscopic `fast' motion hence have well-defined macroscopic associated degrees freedom. This what thermometer coupled system will measure if tuned respond low frequencies, and, since it can be related number stationary configurations, formalization Edwards' `compactivity' ideas.
