The European Network of Uropathology: a novel mechanism for communication between pathologists.

摘要: In pathology there is a need to rapidly disseminate professional information the appropriate target groups. This surprisingly difficult task on an international level. Therefore, European Network of Uropathology (ENUP) was recently organized by Working Group Society Pathology. The purposes were establish channel for distribution about uropathology, such as guidelines, consensus documents, meetings and courses; organize research collaborations; set up mechanisms survey studies. ENUP has recruited total 374 individual members from 338 laboratories in 15 Western countries. E-mail used all communication, studies are carried out through interactive Web sites. Information e-mails sent regularly, 2 Web-based surveys handling reporting urologic specimens have been conducted. Here we report methods this novel network. We think that could serve model other fields geographic regions.
