摘要: The apparent impermeability of dentinal tubules to chemicals applied exposed dentine in vivo was investigated. It shown that whereas Evans' blue diffused readily into extracted teeth, it did not do so visible amounts when vivo. In the vitro experiments, decreasing pressure solution 20 cmH2O below atmospheric apparently prevented dye entering tubules, while increasing 15 or more above resulted penetrating high concentrations. is concluded that, cat vivo, there an outward flow fluid through and this sufficient substantially reduce diffusion such as blue.
