摘要: A new mitogenic system for in vitro immunoglobulin production induced by tetanus toxoid is presented and the role of T4 T8 subsets toxoid-induced investigated. Purified T, T4, T8, B cells from normal individuals previously immunized but not boosted with were cultured helper suppressor assays number immunoglobulin-secreting enumerated after culture using a hemolytic plaque assay. The regulatory roles this compared these pokeweed mitogen stimulation. Although most produced was polyclonal, there differences time course, magnitude responses, radiosensitivity subsets, optimal T- to B-cell ratios which distinguish systems.
