摘要: Methods and kits for structurally analyzing carbohydrate molecules are taught. Carbohydrates analysis derivatized (preferably methylated) then hydrolyzed into constituent monosaccharides. The monosaccharides labeled by a fluorophore separated from one another electrophoresis. identity of is established comparison with identification standards. electrophoresis separation patterns may be visualized charged coupled device camera or photographically.
