摘要: The invention relates to a plant protein preparation, especially lupine protein, and method for producing the same. preparation consists of an aqueous mixture having water content > 75% by weight solid material containing more than 70% proteins, percentage proteins in said being denatured. has excellent techno-functional properties, is easy process substantial fat oxidation stability. according can be used as ingredient production foodstuffs substitute commercial animal preparations.
