摘要: In Morocco, large-scale irrigation schemes have evolved over the past twenty years from centralised management of and agricultural production into more complex multi-actor systems. This study analysed whether, how, in context state withdrawal, increased farmer autonomy political liberalisation, family farmers currently participate coordination negotiation issues that affect them involve scheme-level organisations.
