摘要: Morocco began an ambitious agricultural policy called the Green Plan (GMP) in 2008. This paper analyses rationale behind plan, that is, overall consistency between: (i) initial assessment of sector; (ii) goals defined for plan; and (iii) instruments used to achieve these goals.
