摘要: We present measurements and numerical simulations for the performance of resonant dipole antennas used in continuous-wave terahertz photomixers. demonstrate that center-feed dipoles, with inductively choked electrical feeds, are a good choice emitter design, outperform broadband spiral by factor five at frequency 0.4THz. Excellent agreement is found between experiment predictions finite element simulations. Furthermore, we show dipoles can spirals across bands over 0.5THz, opening way their use spectroscopy.
