摘要: Artyku³ stanowi przegl±d aktualnego stanu wiedzy w zakresie biologii i aspektow klinicznych ch³oniaka Hodgkina (HL). Pierwsz± cze¶ae pracy po¶wiecono omowieniu ontogenetycznego pochodzenia komorek Reed-Sternberga (R-S) i Hodgkina (H) oraz mechanizmow odpowiedzialnych za ich transformacje nowotworow±. W cze¶ci klinicznej omowiono klasyfikacje histopatologiczn± i role czynnikow rokowniczych w podejmowaniu decyzji terapeutycznych aktualne zalecenia dotycz±ce wyboru pierwszorzutowego leczenia ch³oniaka Hodgkina.
