摘要: Some years ago, Shen and Jennings (1972a 1972b) reported that when dog myocardium was reversibly injured by 10 min of occlusion-induced ischemia, followed 20 arterial reflow, there no excessive uptake extracellular calcium. However, 40 led to a massive calcium into the irreversibly tissue, loading being primarily localized mitochondria. These authors also noted mitochondria myocardial cells ischemia show greatly reduced capacity perform integrated functions.
