摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the histomorphological changes that occurred in response two treatments for oestrus synchronization three different regions gilt's uterine tubes epithelium: ampulla (AMP), ampulla-isthmic junction (AIJ) and isthmus (IST). Nine prepuberal gilts were divided into groups (n = 3): (1) eCG 400 IU hCG 200 IU (eCG/hCG), (2) progesterone agonist (P4) (3) control group. number secretory cells (stained with periodic acid-Schiff reaction or PAS-positive cells) decreased AMP P4 treated group when compared group, whereas, no difference observed PAS-negative groups. A significant decrease AIJ IST eCG/hCG An increase epithelium height increased In last we a reduced other AIJ. IST, there (eCG/hCG P4). epithelial had least amount cytoplasmic granules lowest intensity PAS staining AMP, IST. Animals showed an intermediate all evaluated. These data show treatment induces (P < 0.001) studied epithelium. Moreover, AIJ, while region, height. results smaller proportion can modify cells, This has influence activity possibly alters fluid microenvironment tube. biological impact regional variations tube needs further investigation understand implications reproductive processes have
